The political fact, whether current or historical, offers little access to contemplation. Yet it is a space organized by the image and iconographic study, and in this, it interests many artists. Nicolas Milhé is adept at reversing the point of view, reactivating historical knowledge and tinting it with anachronisms and contradictions, in a game of ping-pong between archives and actualizations.

With Twenty-six days, his American journal, Franck Gérard invites writing to accompany his photographs. He invites us to share his wanderings, from San Francisco to New York, via Los Angeles and the desert, by posting a photograph accompanied by a text on his Facebook page every day.

Installed in Nantes in a former mansion for 7 years, the gallery changed location and format in 2017 to develop new projects on the Ile de Nantes.
Since 2012, the gallery has also offered exhibitions in Paris in its space in the 11th arrondissement. This space is now used as a showroom for fairs and one-off events.
