Exhibitions and fairs, 2012

"Macabre" tourism is one of the new trends in the tourist industry. Every year, the number of visitors increases. Theaters of natural disasters or war, crime scenes, dangerous or disaster-stricken neighborhoods - the list of desolate places accessible to tourists is growing all the time. What they have in common: death, danger, visible scars and, above all, a proximity in time that makes the tragedy tangible.
Exhibition from April 20 to 22, 2012, Brussels
