Already presented by the gallery in Nantes in 2010, Rune Guneriussen's work revolves around two practices: installation and large-format chamber photography. Most of his interventions, carried out on isolated natural sites, are visible only through his photographs, the only remnants or testimonies of what once existed. In search of singular places, Rune Guneriussen intervenes in the landscape in a practice close to Land Art, handling used or obsolete objects: lamps, chairs or books that he stages and arranges according to a precise layout in natural spaces.

Get ready for a journey through Rune Guneriussen's incredible images. A performance by Italian musician Tommaso Rolando and Croatian author Pavlica Bajsic, who devise a sound dramaturgy for each photo. This is not poetry, nor composition...you are simply invited to feel, with your ears, your heart and your eyes.
The performance is proposed by Trempolino, a platform for contemporary music located a stone's throw from the new space, on the occasion of the Slash event , a European convention on artists for artists.
Performances at 5pm, 5:30pm and 6pm: free admission, with reservation.
Rune Guneriussen was born in Norway in 1977. He studied at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design in England. Today, he lives and works in eastern Norway.
