Exhibitions and events, 2021
Exhibition from April 22 to May 09, 2021
Returning to Nantes after a year spent in Madrid as a member of the Académie de France at Casa Velasquez, Justin Weiler presents for the first time the seven pieces of the Daedalus series, as well as a fragment of the Madrid triptych associated with the new Screen series.
Exhibition May 26 to 30, 2021
For her first solo show at the gallery, Irma Kalt reveals a new series and produces a new installation designed specifically for the space. In Plis Plissés, she fixes gestures hidden in the folds of materials. As we contemplate her work, we complete the mental construction of these invisible places, whose future she entrusts to us.
Performances: Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23, 7pm
The gallery is pleased to welcome the second occurrence of Pauline Lavogez's performance Ni regret Ni oubli. Choreographer, performer and visual artist, Pauline Lavogez is the winner of the Host Call / Galerie Mélanie Rio Fluency 2019 prize.
